The incident occurred around 5:20 p.m. near Interstate 70 and North Hanley Road after a disagreement involving children near the water led to a confrontation among people who reportedly knew one another.
Authorities said four people were struck during the incident, and three women went to nearby hospitals with varying levels of injury.
Police continued reviewing witness statements and evidence from the park, while a warrant named 25-year-old Devion Sneed, who faces multiple felony counts and a $600,000 bond.
